In the middle of the ocean there is a city called Atlanta! In Atlanta, there are lots of people with red necks and they are angry all the time. They are called mermaids. Sometimes the mermaids will go swimming because instead of legs and feet, they have a tail! And the tail has a fin! And the fin has more fins! So they swim a lot and they fight sharks and pretend to be a nice city, but they make six pack holders and pollute the ocean.
