Playing Doctor

Sammy and Susan were brother and sister because both of their names start with S! Then they wanted to play doctor. Sammy was the doctor because he was a boy and Susan was the nurse because she was a girl! Sammy liked to be paid the big bucks and he was a doctor. They played doctor and then Susan said that she was having a baby in her stomach. Sammy said it was time to operate! Sammy wielded a steak knife in his stubby, uncoordinated hand, plunged it into Susan's belly, and withdrew her bowels. Her bowels were filled with digested food! Sammy knew it was a dirty job, but somebody had to do it!
